NORTH PACIFIC ISLANDS, USA — Global oil giant Royal Dutch Shell group is eyeing market growths for its downstream oil business in the islands of Guam and Palau, to be shored up mainly by tourism and the scheduled relocation of US military contingent from Japan.
The petroleum and lubricants distributor, MGS International Ltd, is to construct an $11.6 million bulk fuel storage terminal at the port of Dar es Salaam.
